Conference Registration

• Each school should send an advisor and officer to receive needed items for your chapter.

• Receive all T-shirts for attendees at this time.

• Receive all name tags and meal tickets.

11:00pm - 11:15pm: Cleanup and Lights Out *Quiet Time*

8:30 - 9 AM: Instructional Module

• Turn in time to be announced at the orientation meeting.

8:30 - 5 PM: Robotics

• Osprey and Mallard

• Teams will report with their robots, tools and materials, ready to compete.

8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Teaching Lesson Orientation Session 

• Coordinator: Professor Steven Miller (NCSU)

• 2:00 - 4:30 -Teams will report five minutes prior to their assigned time and wait outside of the room

9:00 - 9:30 AM: Poster Session Orientation Session

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Integrative STEM

9 AM – 5 PM: K-5 STEM

• From 9am-5pm, Teams report to the room with their tools and materials outlined in the challenge. All work will take place in the competition room and will begin immediately.

9 AM – 5 PM: Problem Solving

• Swan A - Back Part of the Swan Ballroom  

• Teams should report with their tools and materials, ready to compete.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Manufacturing

• Coordinator: Professor Justin Egresitz (Millersville)

• Sanibel 

• 3:30 to 4:00 Teams will submit their portfolios.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Transportation

• Coordinator: Professor Len Litowitz (Millersville)

• Crane

• The course will be setup all day for practice.

• 5:00 -5:30 Teams will submit their portfolios during this time.

• Final runs will be done on Saturday from 8:30-9am

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Communications

• Coordinator: Matthew Halfacre (with TCNJ)
